CANCELLATION

  • Anytime before shipment — full refund to original payment method
  • No fees | COD refunds to bank account (7–10 days)


RETURNS (Damaged or Wrong Item Only)

  • Window: 5 days from delivery
  • Proof required: Unboxing video/photo
  • Refund to original payment method OR replacement OR store credit (6 months valid)
  • Processed in 5–7 business days

NOT eligible: Change of mind, natural crystal variations, used items, sale items, after 5 days


SIZE EXCHANGE (Bracelets Only)

  • Window: 5 days from delivery (one per item)
  • Condition: Item unworn, tag INTACT (you can try it on over the tag)
  • Return shipping: ₹200 (customer pays)
  • New size shipping: FREE (Shivkosha pays)
  • Out of stock: We dispatch when available (no refund)


RETURN PICKUP Shivkosha arranges FREE pickup: Damaged item, wrong item (our fault)

Shivkosha arranges with ₹200 charge: Size exchange (customer's choice) Timeline: 2–3 business days after approval
